How I Work
A 9-to-5 flow has never quite sat well with me. So, I changed it. I believe in showing up as my best self and sometimes that falls outside the traditional work structure. This may look like me showing up on a Tuesday at 10am or Thursday at 8pm. Note: this does not mean you have to reply outside the standard structure. Do what works for you.
I created my approach around one stationary rule: honor my brain's natural flow. I don't believe in showing up half-present, so when I'm in your corner, I'm fully in your corner. Full presence renders real results. It's time we stop spreading ourselves thin in the name of productivity.
